What is BASTI TREATMENT?

Basti is one of the most powerful therapies in Ayurveda and a major procedure of Panchakarma. In this treatment, medicated herbal oils or herbal decoctions are administered into the colon to remove toxins, balance Vata dosha, strengthen the digestive & nervous system, and promote overall healing.
