What is Kati Basti?

Kati Basti is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy focused on the lower back region. Warm medicated herbal oil is pooled and retained over the lumbar area using a dough boundary. The warmth and herbal action deeply penetrate the muscles, nerves, and tissues to relieve pain and stiffness.
