What is TAKRADHARA?

Takradhara is an Ayurvedic therapeutic treatment in which medicated buttermilk (Takra) is continuously poured in a gentle stream over the forehead for a specific duration. It calms the mind, balances Pitta dosha, and deeply relaxes the nervous system.
